Replacing your carpet will help get you a fair price in today’s market, so contact Steve at (678) 923-4327.

Paint is the cheapest way to add value, with the biggest impact. If your house is beat up, you have rotting wood on the exterior, or you personalized your home with bright and cheerful colors, Mike and Karen Byars can neutralize it all. You can contact Mike and Karen with Fresh Coat Painting at (770) 712-9462.

Everybody has little things they need to do, but not everyone has the time or resources to do them. That’s where handyman Shawn Livingston with Total Home Repair Service comes in. He understands exactly what we’re going through, whether you’re trying to make it through an inspection or you’re preparing your home for the market. During your listing consultation, we will pick out what needs attention. Steve takes care of little jobs, big jobs, and everything in between. If you want a handyman who stays on budget, call Shawn at (770) 315-5917.

Finally, if you need to store anything before you move, call Ned Goepp at Smartbox Portable Storage. Most people will put unnecessary items or furniture in a storage unit and then move them into the new property. With Smartbox, Ned will drop off boxes and leave them in your driveway. After you pack them up, he will store them in a climate-controlled area, and he will drop them off so you don’t have to move those boxes twice.  Call (404) 291-9253 if you have items you want to put in storage.

Today, I want to share the top three holiday events you must do this weekend! Let's get right to it:
  1. Marietta Square Winter Wonderland. There is an ice skating rink, a Santa's workshop, and a multistory Christmas tree! They will also be holding an inaugural New Year's Eve celebration. There will be a square drop at both 7pm and midnight that night! St. Nick may even make a visit!
  2. Snow Mountain Park. You can spend a fun-filled day in five football fields worth of snow, ride down a 400-foot sledding hill, build snowmen, go tubing, or shoot snowballs. Snow Mountain Park will be open on select days through the month of February. Be sure to call ahead before you go, as the sledding area fills up fast!
  3. Visit the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. Right now, you can see their Garden Lights, Holiday Nights display they have with over one million lights, a tunnel of lights, orchestra of orbs, radiant rain forest, and model trains. It runs through January 9 and is open from 5-10pm nightly.

If you would like more fun-filled, family-oriented holiday activities, please don't hesitate to call or email me. I would love to hear from you!
